In order for us to help you better understand where your business is health wise, we need you to answer a few questions. The sheet below is a basic form that once filled out and sent to us along with your E mail address will help define a few specific areas of your business with poor/good/great type results. Once completed and reviewed by one of our consultant/coaches, we will contact you and let you know what we see and spend some time going over any areas of concern and how you might be able to correct them.

9.Gross PARTS sales for the above time period.

10.Costs for TECHNICIAN labor only for given time period.

11.Costs for PARTS only for given time period.

12.Expenses for given time period (Expenses are everything NOT associated with technical labor, parts costs, or sublet costs).

13.Write a short description of any expenses that may not normally be listed on a P&L. This includes any principal or other payments that show on the Balance Sheet.

14.Additional monthly expenses listed in #13 for given time period.
